QA-IQ will work with you to identify the nature and scope of your training project, project objectives and success criteria, and requirements for project administration and support.  A QA-IQ Project Manager will work with you and your stakeholders to develop the strategy for the training project and create a fully-costed proposal.

  • The role of the Project Manager is to ensure that a quality solution is delivered within the agreed budget and timescale
  • The Project Manager will fully explore all aspects of the requirement and will make recommendations that will best complement your company’s educational needs.
  • Having agreed the strategy, the Project Manager will document the approach in a Project Initiation Document and will also develop and document a Service Level Agreement for joint sign-off.

Our Project Managers collectively have many years experience in managing medium to large-scale training projects.  Dedicated Project Administrators based in the Projects Team assist the Project Managers in an administrative role, either on client site or at QA-IQ offices as required.
